Description
This qualifying law degree aims to provide a scheme which will educate you in the fundamentals of law and in the basic legal skills needed within contemporary Wales, the United Kingdom, Europe and the wider international community.
The philosophical and religious elements of this course will allow you to develop your appreciation of the ethical controversies underpinning legal responses to issues such as: human rights (most specifically the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion); the use of armed force and terrorism; globalisation; care of the environment; abortion; euthanasia; governance and the rule of law; and the sanctity of promises (to name but a few).
